Gujarathi powder

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp urad dhal
- 2 tbsp thoor dhal
- 2 tbsp channa dhal
- 1 tsp moong dhal
- 1 tsp white seaseme seeds
- 10 red chillies

Method:
Fry all the ingredients seperately to a golden brown in a dry pan and grind it to a coarse powder. Store it in an airtight container.
